Her Majesty met members of the public at St Cyriac's Church and planted a tree as part of the Queen's Green Canopy initiative, before visiting local shops and talking to residents.

The church holds special memories for Camilla as it hosted the wedding of her daughter Laura and Harry Lopez in May 2006.

Prince William and Prince Harry, as well as William's future wife Kate Middleton, were among the guests of the ceremony, Hello! recalls.

Earlier in the day, Camilla was out and about in Bath, visiting the newly opened offices of the Royal Osteoporosis Society (ROS) and joining the charity reception.

The Queen Consort has supported the community since 1994 and takes an active and personal interest in raising awareness of their work.

The Queen Consort, 75, wore a belted chocolate coat by Max Mara in which she has previously appeared in public when she and King Charles attended a service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham in early January.

The queen was wearing black high heeled suede boots, gold hoop earrings and her rings.

A leopard blouse was visible under the coat, and a new shade of lipstick was on her lips.
