Meat French is a win-win option for the festive table.

It is easy to prepare and the ingredients are available all year round.

Cheese, which is part of the dish, plays a special role.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 7 pcs (medium);

  • pork - 600 g;

  • onion - 2 pcs.;

  • porcini mushrooms - 200 g;

  • cheese - 200 g;

  • mayonnaise - 150 g;

  • garlic - 1 tsp;

  • paprika - 0.5 tsp;

  • oregano - 0.5 tsp;

  • salt, ground black pepper;

Preparation

Cut the pork into thin slices and lightly beat on both sides through cling film.

Salt, pepper, smear with mayonnaise and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin circles, wash them in water, add paprika, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, two tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

Grate the cheese on a large grater, and cut the onion into thin rings.

Place the onion on the bottom of the glass form and level it.

Then put the meat on the onion, then the potatoes (drain the juice) and the mushrooms.

Divide the cheese into two parts and sprinkle one part on top and smear with mayonnaise.

Place the mold in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for another seven minutes until a beautiful golden crust.

Advices

Take hard cheese.

Use any meat: pork, beef, chicken.

Instead of a glass form, you can bake on a baking sheet.
