Today, conditions have been created for vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to move again on the Lachin-Khankendi road passing through Shusha.

APA's correspondent assigned to Shusha reports that 5 passenger cars and 1 truck of the ICRC, traveling from Khankendi to Lachin, passed by in the morning.

The participants of the action created conditions for their passage.

Persons of Armenian descent were taken from Khankendi to the territory of Armenia in the vehicles of the ICRC.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the passage of humanitarian vehicles.
