Former police officer Vusal Huseynov, accused of beating an 8-year-old boy in Yevlakh, was brought to court.

According to the news obtained by APA, the administrative proceedings against him were terminated at the first session held at the Yevlakh District Court.

After reviewing the documents, the judge concluded that there are signs of crime in the case.

On this basis, the case was returned to the investigative body for further investigation.

It should be noted that in September of last year, a person living in Yevlakh district applied to the district police department and asked about the beating of his minor child by a classmate.

The opposite party, who is a resident of the district, also sent a request to the police about the beating of his minor child by the child's parent, who is a police officer.

Appropriate expertise has been appointed in connection with the appeals.

The Yevlakh District Prosecutor's Office has started an investigation into the fact that the 4th grader of Yevlakh city Sahib Aliyev Secondary School No. 1 was physically abused by the investigator of the Yevlakh District Police Department, police captain Vusal Huseynov during off-duty hours.

On the basis of the presentation of the General Prosecutor's Office, Vusal Huseynov was released from his position by the relevant order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, and according to Article 157 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the collected materials were sent to the relevant Yevlakh District Court for review.
