The work "Blue Magpie, Liman" depicts a Taiwanese blue magpie looking at the wheat field, which is one of the rural scenes in Ukraine, symbolizing Zeng Shengguang, a 25-year-old Hualien aborigine youth who watched over the Ukrainian country and thanked him for his selfless dedication.

Zeng Shengguang voluntarily joined the Independent Rifle Battalion of the Ukrainian Carpathian Armed Forces. On November 2 last year, he was injured while performing a combat mission in Lyman, a strategic town in Eastern Ukraine. .
