The Ministry of Emergency Situations released information about the fire that broke out in the "Sadarak" shopping center yesterday.

APA reports that the information says:

"As reported, the fire that occurred in the "Sadarak" shopping center located in the Garadagh district of Baku on January 8 was extinguished by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

As a result of the fire, 20 adjacent shops with a total area of ​​1700m² in the "Shirniyyat" market, located in the territory of the "Sadarak" shopping center, with a total area of ​​about 10 ha, burned on an area of ​​800m².

Most of the shopping center was protected from fire.

As a result of the incident, 4 people were slightly poisoned by smoke, 1 person was slightly injured.

The incident is being investigated."
