Oatmeal cookies are prepared from natural ingredients - oat flakes.

The main thing: you need to grind the oatmeal in any way convenient for you.

Ingredients:
oat flakes - 100 g;
butter - 100 g;
egg - 1 pc.;
sugar - 3 tbsp.

vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;
walnuts (ground) - 3 tbsp.

raisins - 70 g;
ground breadcrumbs - 2 tsp;
salt - a pinch;
Preparation
:
Dry the flakes in a pan and pound them with a rolling pin.
Rub the softened butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Divide the egg into white and yolk.
Mix the yolk into the butter mass.
In a deep bowl, combine the crushed flakes with raisins, ground nuts, breadcrumbs, add the butter mass and mix well.
Beat the protein into a strong foam and add to the dough.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Form small cakes from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, bake for 20 minutes.
The cookies should dry out a little, and brown a little on the bottom.

You can grind oatmeal in a blender.
Instead of walnuts, you can use any to taste.
