The troupe instructors include Sun Ronghui, director of Yixin Drama, Lin Jinquan, director of Minquan Opera, Sun Cuifeng, planning instructor of Minghuayuan Drama Troupe, Tang Meiyun, director of Tang Meiyun Gezai Opera, and Chen Xihuang, director of traditional palm opera.

Minister of Culture Li Yongde said that traditional opera grew out of this land, and it is also an important memory of the people's common birth and experience together. "It is the art form with the most Taiwanese characteristics."

Chen Yueyi, Director of the Communication Arts Center, said that the promotion of the successor plan by the Communication Arts Center is to pull together the traditional art industry chain, from talent cultivation, performances to employment, to see where there is a break, and to make up for it. It is supported by the Ministry of Culture and implemented by the Communication Arts Center , the "Residency Training Program" is the beginning of talent cultivation, combining folk theater troupes and senior opera seniors, through the practice of residing in the troupe with acting as a substitute for training and performance with performance, to cultivate a new generation of opera talents suitable for the troupe's ecology.

Since the promotion of the plan, the first batch of 9 troupes with 24 trainees has been welcomed, covering front and back stage talents of Gezi Opera, Puppet Show, Peking Opera, Hakka Opera and other operas. Each trainee has received nearly 6,000 hours of training. In addition, half of the 12 completed apprenticeship students continued to be selected for the bridging program of the "Youth League Member Entrance Counseling Program".

The ceremony performance consisted of 24 graduate trainees performing a joint performance, displaying what they have learned on the stage, and then serving tea to the troupe instructor as a thank-you ceremony. The troupe instructor presented accessories symbolizing inheritance and blessing to the trainees, expecting the trainees to shoulder the traditional mission , headed forward to the road of becoming a corner, and finally the Minister of Culture Li Yongde issued a certificate of completion, affirming the hard work of the apprentices for the past four years.
