[Reporter Lin Yizhang/Report from Chiayi] The Chiayi City Government entrusted the Hongdao Elderly Welfare Foundation to manage the "Orange Generation Life Development Center".
The center is currently holding a special exhibition of "Condensation‧Time——Old Things Talking about Memory, Green and Silver Reminiscing Time" in the Baozhi Comprehensive Service Park. By collecting souvenirs and stories of the elderly, the public is invited to explore the old and new in this space. The beauty created by Qingyin.
The exhibition period is from now until February 6.
The Orange Generation Career Development Center recently held a workshop on the meaning of life review, and invited Cai Changying, assistant professor of the Department of Death Studies of Nanhua University, to lead 14 students from 20 to 82 years old to tell life stories and share their feelings.
"Condensation‧Time—Old Things Tell Memories, Youth Reminisces Time" The special exhibition of character stories continued the workshop, inviting 7 elders to share their life experiences, and cooperating with 7 young students to present the stories in text and video.

The 63-year-old grandmother Wang Weifang narrated her thoughts about her father through hanging ornaments in the exhibition.
This pendant was a gift she brought back from Windsor Castle in England to her father six years ago. It was also the most cherished souvenir of her father during his lifetime. I was able to participate in my father's farewell ceremony, so I quoted Douglas MacArthur's famous quote through the pendant in this exhibition: "'Old soldiers never die, they just fade away.' Dad, you will always remain in our hearts." To my father Said "Papa Wang, Colonel Wang, please rest in peace."
The Chiayi City Government stated that the Orange Generation Life Development Center continues to promote the youth-bank integration program, focusing on the life history and wisdom of the elderly, integrating the technological literacy and multimedia application of young people, and interweaving a cross-generational space-time network.
