A suicide incident occurred in the Sabirabad police department. According to

APA's Mil-Mugan office, the incident took place in the temporary detention center for prisoners of the Sabirabad district police department.

The person detained in the police station committed suicide by hanging himself with a rope in the waist of his sports pants.

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that Ali Huseynov, born in 1984, who was previously convicted under various articles of the Criminal Code 4 times (3 times under Article 177 of the Criminal Code and once under Article 234 of the Criminal Code), was convicted by a court decision under Article 227 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. He was found guilty under the article (Petty robbery) and sentenced to 2 months in prison.

He strangled himself with a rope made from the fiber of his trousers.

In connection with the fact of death, a forensic medical examination was appointed, and the corpse was examined with the participation of experts, prosecutor's office employees and close relatives of the deceased.

During the initial external examination, no other injuries were found on the corpse.

The prosecutor's office is investigating the fact.
