Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 2, which approves the new edition of the rules for admission to universities.

Without entrance tests, it is envisaged to enroll winners of international and national Olympiads, winners of university Olympiads upon admission to these universities, graduates of the National Children's Technopark on the recommendation of the supervisory board, graduates of lyceums at universities upon admission to these universities, as well as persons who passed the Unified State Examination in Russia (when enrolling in a paid form of education).

Children of security forces, namely, children of military personnel, employees of internal affairs bodies who became disabled while performing official duties, students of military-patriotic clubs when entering universities of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Border Committee and military faculties will also be considered outside the competition.

Special conditions of admission to the specialty are introduced for the Armed Forces, transport troops and border service bodies.

Applicants for these specialties will take only two subjects (language and one specialized subject in the form of CE or CT).

Admission to targeted training based on the results of an internal test at the university is also provided for in oral or practical form (depending on the specialty).

When submitting documents for admission, the applicant must submit a description from the school (college).

The decree also establishes the powers of the Ministry of Education to regulate certain issues of conducting the entrance campaign, including determining the procedure for organizing and conducting CE and internal exams, deadlines for accepting documents and enrolling applicants.
