Luis Lula begins his third presidential term at the age of 77, having previously spent 580 days in prison between 2018 and 2019.
Now next to him the first lady will be Rosangela da Silva.
Rosangela(Gianha) and Luis Inacio Lula da Silva started dating in 2018, she often visited him when he was arrested at the federal police headquarters in Curitiba.
When Lulu was released on November 8, 2019, the couple announced their engagement.
Dania and Luis were officially married on May 18, 2022 in Sao Paulo.
At the inauguration, the couple behaved very emotionally, the newlyweds posed for photographers with their hands folded over their hearts.

The first lady of Brazil wore a beige three-piece suit for the ceremony, consisting of wide trousers, a waistcoat and a jacket with a "tail" at the back.
The suit was richly decorated with embroidery on all sides.

The presidential couple also brought their pet, a dog nicknamed Resistencia, with them to the inauguration.
