The first lady also brought new children's literature to the children.
"The heroine, the girl Pollyanna, has a difficult life. She lost her parents, lives among strangers, loses the ability to walk... And yet she meets each day with hope for the best. The invincible optimist Pollyanna has been conveying this optimism to young readers for over a hundred years, especially , who, like her, found herself in a difficult situation and has to fight for her life," said Olena.

The first lady also joined the ranks of potential bone marrow donors, leaving relevant data in the database of the Ukrainian Register of Bone Marrow Donors.

For the trip to the hospital, the first lady chose a comfortable bow.
She was wearing a mustard-hued sweater with a high neck and baggy jeans.
She gathered her hair back and made a light make-up.
Olena completed her outfit with her favorite golden earrings in the form of roosters from the Ukrainian brand GUNIA Project.
