●The first step of first aid, "Calling":
It is definitely not to press the chest or give an electric shock first, but to call first to see if the patient responds, to confirm whether there is breathing and other reactions.
●First aid step 2 "Call":
Call others to dial 119, or ask others to help with first aid, and quickly find and take out the AED for first aid.
●First aid step 3 "chest compression" CPR:
Before chest compression, untie the patient's clothes, check the area around the chest compression and whether there is any foreign object in his mouth.
The ideal position is for the rescuer to kneel at the side of the patient in a high kneeling position, with knees shoulder-width apart, and the buttocks should not sit on the calves.
When performing chest compressions, place the heel of your palm in the middle of the line connecting the patient’s two nipples, that is, the center of the sternum, then straighten your elbow, and press down 5 cm. During the compression process, your elbow must not bend , press up and down with the strength of the body, and rescue at a frequency of 100 to 120 presses per minute and 2 presses per second.
●First aid step 4 "shock":
that is, use the AED to shock the patient.
Do not stop compressions while someone else is opening the AED.
After turning on the AED, stick it on the designated position on the patient according to the instructions on the instrument, and then give the electric shock; keep away from the patient during the electric shock.
After the electric shock, go back to step 3 and continue to press the chest.
During this time, the AED may ask the rescuer to move away from the patient while the patient's heart rhythm is analyzed.

Huang Xuan reminded that the mobile phone must have the "National First Aid AED" app, and must learn to use CPR+AED, because 70% of sudden deaths are likely to happen at home, so if sudden death happens in front of you, if you don't go, you will not use CPR+ AED, then the survival rate drops by 10% every minute.
