Two men aged 19 and 52 were convicted at first instance by a court in Navarre (Spain) on charges of raping a 16-year-old girl.

The two crimes, committed independently of each other within a few hours, happened on the same day.

The two cases are from January of this year.

The first assault against the girl was committed around 18:30 in a park by her fellow student.

At that time, she was in the company of the accused and two other people - a boy and a girl.

Later, the two were left alone and the 19-year-old young man, taking advantage of the girl's drunken state, began to grope and kiss her.

Then he began to undress her and finally she was forced to give him oral sex.

As a result of the attack, the minor started antibiotic therapy and also received injuries on her private parts.

After the horror she experienced, the girl sought help from a 52-year-old man, her acquaintance, whom she asked to take her home.

When they reached the parking lot in front of the girl's home, the man also began to grope and kiss her, taking advantage of her drunken state, as in the first case.

The 19-year-old received at first instance a 2-year sentence for the crime of sexual assault, a restraining order for a period of 4 years, probation, and must also pay 16,000 euros to the victim for moral damages.

The 52-year-old was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and one year of probation, as well as the obligation to pay compensation of 600 euros for non-property damages.
