The famous Ukrainian athlete

Hanna Rizatdinova

became the ambassador of the project, which is designed to support children and parents on the psychological front

"Circle of care"

.

Hanna knows what stress is and how to communicate with a child who is stressed.

"The children have lost their dream, motivation, they don't know where to go next and what to aspire to... I had the opportunity to work directly with the children and observe their emotional state during our sports meetings held in the summer. The way the children arrived and how they left weeks later - it's heaven and earth. That's why I see how important psychological support is for children," Rizatdinova says.

Anna, like any mother, experienced fear because of her son and, as a result, stress.

"I am also a mother and I was depressed for four months, because in addition to the fear of the unknown, there was also fear for my child on my shoulders. I also needed psychological help, because at the beginning, like many, I was sure that everything would end quickly . But when almost a year has passed and we don't understand how much longer it will last, the psyche just can't stand it," the athlete shared.

So Hanna will inspire Ukrainians and share her tips on how to overcome stress.

By the way, "Circle of Care" is a charitable project created in order to: in cooperation with medical institutions, social workers, psychologists and volunteer organizations, provide qualified psychological assistance to families, children aged 0 to 12 years who have received an acute injury in as a result of various circumstances during the war in Ukraine.
