Zhang Shuibo was born in Yanshui in 1906. He studied Taiwanese, Chinese and Chinese poems since he was a child. He was able to write poems at the age of 14 and joined the famous "Yuejin Yinshe". , Zhang Shuibo won the first prize with "Yuejin Zhuzhi Ci", which caused a sensation in Taiwan; "Yuejin Zhuzhi Ci" describes his hometown, and uses 6 poems to describe the rise and fall of the port and the melancholy scenes.

Zhang Shuibo's favorite literary work is "Dream of Red Mansions". The names of his six sons and two daughters are all related to "Dream of Red Mansions". The 83-year-old fifth son Zhang Xuefeng said that his father had sorted out some manuscripts of poems 41 years ago and wanted to publish a collection of poems , but left without finishing.

More than 20 years ago, Zhang Shuibo's daughters, Zhang Yinxiang and Zhang Yinling, found their father's manuscripts in their elder brother's former residence. They were like treasures. Then they remembered their father's last wish to publish a collection of poems. It was not until last year that they actually took action. The desire to publish a book.

Brother and sister Zhang Xuefeng not only donated all of Zhang Shuibo's original manuscripts to the Taiwan Literature Museum for preservation, but also asked Lin Mingkun, secretary-general of the Wenyuejin Literature and History Development Association, to assist in publishing the book, which was headed by Huang Zheyong.

Lin Mingkun said that Zhang Shuibo used a brush to write cursively on notebooks or calendar paper. As time went by, it was difficult to distinguish the traces of ink from the background color of the paper. Coupled with the rendering of ink, it took Huang Zheyong a lot of effort to correct the manuscript. .

Changchun Pavilion Poetry Grass contains more than 150 poems by Zhang Shuibo, such as the poem "Crossing Salt Water", which describes his feelings for his hometown after leaving the salt water.

The poem "Inscribing Jinchuan Poetry Grass" describes a pair of childhood sweethearts between him and Huang Chaoqin, the sister of Huang Chaoqin, who is famous in salt water, and their rivalry in literature.
