Harry and Meghan will be invited to the coronation of King Charles III, despite the scandalous statements they make regarding the royal family in a documentary series broadcast on Netflix, writes "Daily Telegraph", quoted by BNR.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be able to attend the historic ceremony on May 6 next year if they wish, the Daily Telegraph reports, but it is still unclear whether they have received an invitation.

The guest list for the event at Westminster Abbey will be finalized in the coming months, but an unnamed source told the paper that all members of the royal family will be invited.

There was no comment from Buckingham Palace, with the same source saying "the King loves both his sons".

Coronation Day is Harry and Meghan's son Archie's fourth birthday, leading some to think the couple may prefer to stay in America.

Meanwhile, another episode of the couple's Netflix docu-series aired on Thursday, in which new allegations against the royal family followed.

Harry complained that his brother William terrified him by shouting at him during a family summit at Sandringham Estate in early 2020 to discuss the couple's choice to step back from royal duties.

Harry also said Kensington Palace had lied to protect his brother, denying claims he had molested him.

There has yet to be an official reaction from Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace to the Netflix documentary series, but the Daily Express wrote that while the king is hurt, he still hopes for a reconciliation with his younger son.
