Frozen glutinous rice balls are not recommended to be purchased if they are sold at room temperature or have been thawed out of the ice.

If you buy freshly made glutinous rice balls and yuanxiao in bulk, you need to pay attention to whether the store environment is clean and whether the staff wear hats and gloves and other sanitary equipment.
