Cabbage patties are fresh cabbage that has undergone light heat treatment.

  • fresh cabbage - 300 g;

  • egg - 1 pc.;

  • minced meat - 200 g;

  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Preparation

Finely chop the cabbage and onion, pour boiling water over it for two minutes.

Drain the water, squeeze and add finely chopped greens, minced meat, egg, sour cream, flour, soda, salt and pepper.

Mix everything well.

Form patties and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.

Minced meat for meatballs is suitable for anyone.

Sour cream can be of any fat content.

When sculpting cutlets, wet your hands with cold water, then the cutlets will not stick and it will be more convenient to work.

Such cutlets can also be baked in the oven.

To do this, shape them and put them on a sheet covered with paper, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
