An investigation was conducted in the Yevlakh district prosecutor's office on the appeal regarding the beating of Tunar Kamranly, born in 2013, by Vusal Huseynov.

The press service of the Prosecutor General's Office told APA that during the investigation, the scene of the incident was inspected, images from video surveillance cameras were obtained, explanations of Tunar Kamranli and other persons were received, forensic medical expertise was appointed and an opinion was obtained.

On the basis of the presentation of the General Prosecutor's Office, Vusal Huseynov was released from his position by the relevant order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, and according to Article 157 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, administrative proceedings were opened against him and the collected materials were sent to the relevant Yevlakh District Court for consideration.
