Eco-activists and NGO representatives continued the action until morning in the city of Shusha - on the Lachin road, in protest against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits, especially the Kyzylbulag gold and Demirli copper-molybdenum deposits, in the areas under the temporary control of Russian peacekeepers.

An employee of APA sent to Shusha reports that bonfires were left at the site of the action throughout the night and slogans were raised.

In their slogans, the protestors demand an end to environmental terrorism, the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits by Armenians, the creation of conditions for monitoring the deposits under the temporary control of Russian peacekeepers, and a meeting with the commander of Russian peacekeepers, Andrey Volkov.
