On December 14, another administrative case of human rights defender Nastya Loika

was considered in the court of Pershamaisky district of Minsk .

According to the results of the court, Nastya was again given 15 days of administrative arrest under Article 19.1 (Minor hooliganism), reports @humanconstanta.

Nastya Loika was supposed to be released on December 12, after serving three previous administrative arrests in a row.

In the last 4 months, this is already the sixth trial against Nastya.

Taking into account the new administrative arrest, Nasta will be in captivity for 90 days.

Human rights defender Nast Loika was not released after another 15 days of administrative arrest, there is no information about her whereabouts, reports @humanconstanta.

Nastya Loika was detained on October 28 and sentenced to administrative arrest four times.

As on previous occasions, on November 29, Nastya Loika was convicted under Art.

19.1 of the Criminal Procedure Code ("petty hooliganism"), reports @humanconstanta.

At one of the courts, the human rights defender told about the torture - an employee of GUBAZIK hit her with an electric shocker, and one of the employees of the TIP took her to the courtyard and left her there without clothes for 8 hours.

As a result, the prisoner became very ill.

During this time, Akrestin managed to hand over the medicine for her, but there is information that they never reached Nastya.

Despite her severe physical condition, Nasta was in prison without warm clothes and personal hygiene products, reported @humanconstanta.

Nastya Loika

joined the volunteer service of the human rights center "Viasna" as a teenager.

She worked for 8 years in the "Viasny" public reception.

In 2018, she became a co-founder of the human rights organization Human Constanta.

At Human Constanta, Nasta was involved in the protection of the rights of foreign citizens and stateless people.

She worked on the problems of repressive "anti-extremist" legislation, informal education in the field of human rights.

Both "Viasna" and Human Constanta were liquidated by the Belarusian authorities.

Nastya herself has been detained and arrested several times in recent months.
