Executive President Su Zhenchang presented the "Social Building Contribution Award", and Minister of Culture Li Yongde presented the "Social Building Innovation Award". , "Youth Action Award" and "Social Construction Administration Award".

Su Zhenchang said that the establishment of the award represents the government's emphasis, and it is also the government's determination to support community building with laws, policies, and budgets; Determination, while passing on experience and value through the example of the winners.

The Ministry of Culture pointed out that this year's "Community Construction Award" has a total of 138 outstanding social construction or social innovation teams from all over the country. After the initial review, a total of 9 individuals (groups) were finally selected.

Winners will be awarded NT$200,000, trophies and award certificates.

The winners all formed a group to accept the award yesterday, including the Matsu Youth Development Association, which won the Social Construction Innovation Award in the group group, and the Huxi Township Office of Penghu County, which won the Social Construction Administration Award in the group group, also came all the way.

The head of the headwind theater troupe who won the Youth Action Award in the group group Cheng Weisheng said, "We have done two of the poorest occupations in Taiwan: art and social welfare.
