The Zhumiao District of the Taiwan General Association of Kiwanis International donated 35 wheelchairs to the Hsinchu Branch of Taipei Veterans General Hospital yesterday for patients with mobility issues.

〔Reporter Liao Xueru/Hsinchu Report〕Guo Fangqi, president of the Zhumiao District Shihua Association of the International Kiwanis Taiwan Association yesterday, on behalf of the association, donated 35 wheelchairs to the Hsinchu Branch of Taipei Veterans General Hospital for the use of patients with mobility impairments. President Chen Zengji The representative accepts it, hoping to use this donation to attract jade, and all walks of life can join in the grand event for public welfare.

Guo Fangqi said that Tongji Association is a global volunteer association, adhering to the spirit of step by step, dedicated to serving children and the community. Over the years, it has continuously donated wheelchairs to help patients with limited mobility. Chen Zengji thanked the Tongji Association for its donation, and supported the hospital to deepen medical care in remote villages and towns in Hsinchu County, and protect the health of residents in the surrounding areas of Zhudong and remote townships (Wufeng Township, Jianshi Township).
