[Reporter Tu Yingru/Taipei Report] Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall hosts "Shadows Shuttle—Century Monument: 2022 Guo Qingzhi Sculpture Special Exhibition", which will be exhibited at Zhongshan National Gallery from now until February 12 next year, presenting Guo Qingzhi's diversity and richness His life-long creations are divided into two sub-themes: "Yi Jiazi's Sculpture Career" and "Cross-Century Art Monument", and a total of 48 works are exhibited.

Guo Qingzhi was born in Dajia, Taichung in 1939. When he was studying at the National Taiwan University of Arts (now National Taiwan University of Arts), he set a historical record of winning three championships in the provincial art exhibition, the national art exhibition, and the Taiyang art exhibition. Literature and Art Award, Wu Sanlian Literature and Art Award and other awards.

He was the first person to explore modern sculpture. He started with unpopular and difficult stone sculptures and created a unique style vocabulary. He is known as the "pioneer of stone sculptures" in Taiwan. His works are collected by major domestic art museums, and large outdoor sculptures are distributed in Taiwan. different field spaces.

This exhibition plans two major sub-themes. The north room is "Yi Jiazi's Sculpture Aspirations". This exhibition hall mainly displays medium and large outdoor sculptures.
