There are no special difficulties with the preparation of meat muffins.

For this you will need a minimum set of products.

They are delicious both hot and cold.

They come out tender and juicy.

Components

  • minced chicken - 300 g

  • egg - 1 pc.

  • carrot - 1 pc.

    (small)

  • potatoes - 1 pc.

  • onion - 1 pc.

    (large)

  • salt, ground bitter pepper - to taste

  • basil - a pinch

  • oregano - a pinch

  • fresh dill

Preparation

Put minced meat in a bowl, add egg, spices.

Wash and peel the potatoes, carrots, and onions.

Then grate the vegetables on a fine grater, finely chop the dill greens and salt, mixing everything thoroughly.

If you have metal molds, grease them with oil and spread the stuffing on them.

Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Carefully separate the muffins from the mold and place them on a plate.

Advices

  • You can use any kind of meat.

  • Silicone molds are suitable - you can simply spray them with water.

    If you don't have them, buy paper ones (disposable) in the store.

    For this proportion, you need 6-7 pcs.

  • If the minced meat sticks, wet your hands with cold water.

  • Muffins go best with salads.

  • Before putting muffins in the oven, you can sprinkle cheese on top and decorate with slices of tomatoes or red pepper.
