attended the Kennedy Center Honors ceremony, which is awarded annually for contributions to the development of American culture.

At the event, Ms. Harris appeared in the company of her husband, Douglas Emhoff.

The vice president wore an elegant evening dress of black color from the brand Vera Wang.

The outfit consisted of a top with an asymmetrical peplum and a long skirt.

The waist of the top was decorated with a silver belt, while high black leather gloves added elegance to the bow.

President Joe Biden and his wife Jill were also at the event.

The appearance of the presidential couple is already a tradition of this annual event.

Together with Vice President and Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, they watched the festive show on the balcony of the Opera House.
