Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vugar Gulmammadov met with UNEC students who received the right to train at the Chamber.

APA informs that the meeting was attended by Rector Professor Adalat Muradov, heads of relevant structures and representatives of the chamber.

Rector Adalat Muradov pointed out that employment of graduates is one of the main quality indicators of higher education institutions and said that salary level plays an important role in labor evaluation.

Speaking about the importance of imparting soft and hard skills to students in a rapidly changing world, the rector said that UNEC teaches subjects in this direction.

Adalat Muradov emphasized that it is a first for employers to apply to UNEC for an employee and said that he is proud of this initiative of the Accounts Chamber.

Within the framework of tripartite cooperation, he expressed confidence that 42 students with high scores in "Finance", "Accounting and Audit" will undergo training and practice at the Chamber, which will be beneficial for both sides.

Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts Vugar Gulmammadov noted that UNEC, which he graduated from, combines the highest quality indicators of higher education and is one of the leading universities of the country.

The chairman of the chamber talked about the demands of employers for the knowledge and skills of graduates, as well as the shortage of professional specialists in the field of financial accounting and auditing in the country.

Vugar Gulmammadov said that within the framework of the memorandum signed between UNEC and the Chamber of Accounts, 12 programs have been started to train professional personnel in the field of state audit.

Then the representatives of the Accounting Chamber made a presentation about the activities of the institution they represent.
