This is a universal dish that can be varied with the help of sauces and fillings.

I suggest you make a quick roll with crab sticks and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets of pita bread (25x50 cm)

  • 4 boiled eggs

  • 400 g of mushrooms

  • 200 g of hard cheese

  • 200 g of mayonnaise

  • 170 g of crab sticks (9 pcs.)

  • 1 bulb

  • oil for frying

  • salt, pepper for mushrooms

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion and washed mushrooms into cubes.

First, fry the onion in oil, and then the mushrooms until golden.

2. Cut the eggs and crab sticks into cubes.

Grate the cheese on a large grater.

3. When everything is ready, assemble the roll.

Lubricate a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise and spread grated cheese on it.

Place another sheet of pita bread on top with a slight offset so that the filling does not fall out during twisting.

We also grease it with mayonnaise and put a layer of filling.

I put eggs on the second pita bread.

We do the same with the remaining two layers, laying out crab sticks and fried mushrooms.

4. Roll the pita with the filling into a tight roll, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for at least an hour.

Before serving, cut the pita bread roll with crab sticks and serve it to the festive table.
