Chicken meat is one of the most affordable on the market for consumers, and honey sauce makes it juicy and tasty.

Various seasonings and sauces can be added to the chicken.

Ingredients for marinade

  • soy sauce - 8 tbsp.

    L.;

  • hot paprika - 1 teaspoon;

  • sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon;

  • garlic - 4 cloves;

  • honey - 2 tbsp.

    L.;

  • oil - 10 ml;

  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation

Rinse the chicken under running water and dry it with paper towels.

Prepare the marinade.

To do this, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl.

Then coat the chicken with this marinade on all sides and inside.

Let it stand for two hours for complete marination.

Next, grease the mold with oil, put the meat in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for about 1.5 hours.

Important: the time depends on the size of the chicken.

Tips for cooking

  • We take 1.5–2 kg of chicken carcass.

  • Garlic should be passed through a press.

  • If the honey is thick, it should be melted.

  • Chicken can be marinated overnight.

  • If it is not baked, but browns quickly, you need to pour juice from the mold over it and cover it with foil so that it steams a little.

  • Salt should be added carefully, because soy sauce is salty.
