The authorized body of the Alat Free Economic Zone, administrative institutions and legal entities will not be required to obtain a work permit for the persons employed in the territory of the Alat Free Economic Zone, as well as the founders of these legal entities.

APA reports that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Migration Code, which was discussed at today's meeting of the Legal Policy and State Building Committee of the Milli Majlis and recommended to the plenary session.

According to the project, a business visit visa will be issued to foreigners or stateless persons for activities in the Alat Free Economic Zone based on the petition of the authorized institution, administrative institutions or legal entities of the Alat Economic Zone.

Foreigners and stateless persons arriving on the basis of a notarized invitation letter of the founders, employees of the legal entities of the Alat Economic Zone, or foreigners or stateless persons who have a temporary residence permit in that zone, will be issued a personal visit visa.
