If food and wine can be perfectly integrated, it is definitely what the gourmets and the Michelin family want. Mortlach is the official whiskey partner of the 2022 Michelin Guide. The two-star restaurant "Sheraton Invitation Building" and the star chef of "Hanju Hotel BeGood" collaborated to create limited meals, creating a surprising joint feast.

Muher whiskey has a history of nearly 200 years. It has a long-lasting belief in the complicated wine-making process, and this is the same as the star chef's persistence in cooking. Therefore, Muhe launched the "Muhe whiskey" since last year "Star Project" is a food, wine and banquet plan launched in conjunction with Michelin-starred restaurants. It was well received when it was launched. Therefore, this year (2022) it will cooperate with two restaurants of different styles at once, namely Taipei's two-Michelin-starred restaurant " Sheraton Invitation Building" and "Hanju Hotel BeGood" created a total of six meals specially designed for Muhe 16-year-old single malt whiskey. The style is Chuanyang flavor and Mediterranean creative cuisine.

The main dish created by Michelin star chef Lin Mingjian of "BeGood Hotel" is Jian. The main course is presented with "charcoal-grilled filetzo whiskey and passion fruit sauce". The oily beef and Muhe's unique Meaty flavor perfectly match.

"Sheraton Invitation Building" has launched "Shochu Lobster Sesame Oil Rice", which soaks Japanese Koshihikari rice with Muhe 16-year-old single malt whiskey to make the aroma more fragrant. Paired with delicious lobster, it interprets the elegance of whiskey and classic seafood tasty.

From now until February 5, 2023, enjoy a limited time-limited Muhe meal-Shochu, Lobster, and Sesame Oil Rice at the Sheraton Taipei Hotel’s Qingkelou restaurant; or enjoy charcoal-grilled filetzo whiskey and passion fruit sauce at the BeGood restaurant of the Hanju Hotel in Taipei. Instantly enjoy a cup (15ml) of Muhe's 16-year trial drinking wine.

The main chef of Sheraton, Xu Hongde, specially presented the shochu lobster rice with sesame oil, and the rice was soaked in Mu He's 16 years.

Michelin-star chef Lin Mingjian from Hanju Hotel BeGood specially presented charcoal-grilled filet root and celeriac mixed with Shansuzu Muhe's 16-year-old passion fruit sauce.
