attended a ceremony marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Japan Scout Association in Tokyo the other day.
There Her Majesty appeared in a beautiful and elegant image.
She wore an emerald coat with a black collar and cuffs and a matching dress.

Masako completed her outfit with an emerald hat with a black ribbon.
She decorated her neck with two strings of pearls, and her ears with gold earrings with pearls.
She had a white protective mask on her face.
The empress drew black arrows on her eyelids.

Naruhito was dressed in a gray jacket, white shirt and green tie.
He also had a white mask on his face.
It will be recalled that earlier Masako appeared in public in a black midi dress with floral color print and a black jacket without a collar.
Her Majesty completed the look with a black clutch and black leather pumps with stable heels.
