During her visit, Countess Sophie toured the zoo's newest exhibit, Monkey Valley, created edible Christmas wreaths with the children for the zoo's ring-tailed lemurs and visited Rainforest Life, London's only living rainforest, where she fed a yellow-headed lion tamarin and Titi the red monkey.

On the day, Sophie wore a light gray coat by Suzannah London, green flared trousers by Emilia Wickstead and gray suede ankle boots by Jimmy Choo and completed the look with a bird print scarf by Joules.

In Sophie's ears were beautiful gold earrings with colored stones, she put her hair in a hairstyle and did makeup with shiny shadows on her eyelids.

The weather that day in London was, for all intents and purposes, rainy, and the Countess of Wessex got her coat a little dirty.

But her mood did not deteriorate from this.
