This cake is suitable for both a family dinner and a meeting of guests.

For the dough

  • butter - 180 g;

  • sour cream - 10 tbsp.

  • baking powder - 2 tsp;

  • 2 cans (250 g each) of canned fish;

  • green onion;

For pouring

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • sour cream - 200 g;

  • flour - 2 tbsp.

Preparation

To prepare the dough, mix sour cream with butter and salt.

Add baking powder and flour, knead a not very stiff dough.

For the filling, mash the canned fish (drain the excess juice), finely chop the green onion.

Mix greens and fish.

For pouring, beat eggs with a pinch of salt, add sour cream and flour.

Mix well.

Grease the mold a little with oil.

Lay out the dough, flatten it, make sides.

Place the canned fish on the dough, flatten and fill the cake with the filling.

Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Advices

You can take any canned fish: mackerel, saury, grayling, horse mackerel.

It is better to use sour cream with a fat content of 10 to 20%.

Butter should be at room temperature.

Turn on the oven in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
