Turkey fillet can be baked and then used for sandwiches, or you can prepare minced meat.
You can make very tasty and unusual Thai-style meatballs from tender ground turkey, seasoned with spices and supplemented with special ingredients.

minced turkey - 500 g
lemongrass - 1 tbsp.

grated ginger - 1 tsp
garlic - 3 cloves.
coriander/cilantro - 1/4 cup
olive oil - 2 tbsp.

sugar - 1 tsp
fish sauce - 1 tbsp.

breadcrumbs - 3/4 cup
egg - 1 pc
rice - 2 cups
lettuce
cucumber - 1 pc
chili pepper - 2 pcs.
(seeded and chopped)
fish sauce - 1/4 cup
light brown sugar - 1 tbsp.

lime - 1 pc
Preparation
Chop the lemongrass.
Chop the garlic.
Finely chop the cilantro.
Chop the chili peppers.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Cook the rice in a rice cooker, using 2.5 cups of water per 2 cups of rice.
Squeeze lime juice.
Lightly beat the egg
Preparation
Mix the turkey, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, cilantro, sugar, fish paste and breadcrumbs.
Add|add|
egg and mix gently to combine all ingredients.
If the mixture seems too wet, sprinkle in an additional 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs so that the mixture holds together well but is not too dry.
Shape the ground turkey into meatballs with a diameter of about 4 cm. Heat a large frying pan with a tight-fitting lid and add olive oil to it, heat until shimmering.
Fry the meatballs on all sides.
Pour about 1/4 cup of water into the pan, cover the meatballs with a lid and let the meatballs steam for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
Remove from heat and keep pan covered to keep meatballs warm.
Prepare the sauce.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add brown sugar, fish sauce and lime.
Bring to a boil, stirring until|until|
the sugar will not dissolve.
Add the chili and let everything sit for a few minutes, then taste.
If the sauce seems too sharp, add a little water.
Cut the cucumber.
Serve the meatballs on a salad with rice and cucumbers.
Drizzle meatballs with sauce or serve separately.
