was spotted by the paparazzi on the streets of New York, in Manhattan.

He got out of the car accompanied by a bodyguard.

The actor had a stylish and cheerful look.

Sylvester wore black pants with a subtle stripe, a black turtleneck and a gray and green plaid jacket.

Stallone's look was complemented by patent oxfords and a burgundy scarf in the breast pocket of his jacket.

On his hand he had a gold watch and a ring.

It will be recalled that earlier Stallone showed how he and his star friend Arnold Schwarzenegger prepared for Halloween: they cut lanterns out of pumpkins.
