One of four conditions: three or more colorectal adenomas, adenomas larger than 1 cm, adenomas with tubulovillus histology, or adenomas with high grade dysplasia patients, it is recommended to check every 3 years.

Low risk:

One or two colorectal adenomas, adenomas without villous components, or highly poorly differentiated, it is recommended to check every 3-5 years.

Special circumstances:

for patients with poor bowel clearance, unable to reach the cecum completely, incomplete or complete resection of colorectal polyps, or endoscopic resection of early colorectal cancer, it is recommended according to individual circumstances.
