As we all know, snakes have a reputation for slipping and hiding in unlikely places.

This time in Sironja village of Madhya Pradesh, a young man was stunned to see a snake hidden in his blanket.

This snake was not a common snake but a black venomous cobra, lying inside his bed all night.

Seeing something moving inside his blanket in the morning, the young man made a shocking disclosure.

At around 6 in the morning when he removed the blanket, he found a huge black snake lurking and hissing.

He ran out of the house screaming, throwing the blanket on one side of the bed while the snake was still clinging to the blanket.

A video of the incident shows a snake hiding inside the blanket.

When the young man patted the blanket, the cobra raised its hood in anger.

The panicked man quickly dialed the number of a snake rescuer, who with the help of a stick pulled the reptile out of the room safely.

Later, in the video, the snake rescuer is shown taking the cobra outside the house and holding it in his bare hands.

Black cobras are common throughout India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.

These cobras are also famous for their potentially lethal venom.

Such incidents have become quite common.

Earlier a giant cobra was seen hiding inside a scooter.

A video of the incident shows a conservationist trying to catch a cobra hidden inside the scooter.

The man managed to catch his tail and caught the snake with his bare hands.
