Foods That Shouldn't Be Eaten With Jamun

Milk 


Milk or milk products should be avoided with berries.

If you drink milk immediately after eating Jamun, then you may get stomach related problems like indigestion, gas and stomach pain.

That is why if you have eaten berries, then do not drink milk on it or if you have just drunk milk, then do not eat berries immediately after. 

Turmeric 


Turmeric is also included in the same food items which should not be eaten after eating Jamun.

This is because turmeric can react with the jamun, causing skin allergies, abdominal pain and discomfort.

Therefore, one should avoid eating turmeric or any dish containing turmeric for at least half an hour after eating jamun. 

Pickle 

Jamun and pickle are such things that you have rarely heard of before and it is obvious that if they cause harm, then they should not be associated with them.

Consuming pickles and jamuns together can cause upset stomach and cause nausea, vomiting, gas or diarrhea. 

These leaves are beneficial for diabetic patients, if eaten properly, blood sugar level is controlled.
