After the appeal of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the writing of prescription in Hindi has started in Satna district, which can be gauged by seeing this recently viral pamphlet.

Actually, this form has been written by Dr. Sarvesh Singh, Medical Officer posted in Kotor PSchi of Satna district.

According to Dr. Sarvesh, this was the first patient suffering from stomach pain, who came for PHC treatment on Monday.

Medicines were written in Hindi on his OPD slip.

It can be seen in this viral pamphlet that the medical officer also wrote the entire case history in Hindi. 

This leaflet of Dr. Sarvesh is going viral like air on social media, in which Mr. Hari has been written instead of Rx before prescribing medicines for the patient.

After this the doctor has written five types of medicines on prescription, all in Hindi.

It is being told that Dr. Sarvesh studied MBBS in the year 2017 from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.

After this, in November 2019, Dr. Sarvesh was posted in the primary health center of Kotor.

Since then they are providing services in Kotor itself.
