In addition to changing clothes according to the temperature change, and drinking a small amount of water during the day to replenish water, you can also use simple medicated meals to take care of your body in terms of diet.

Share two health medicated meals suitable for moisturizing the lungs and nourishing qi in autumn:

◎ Fried Dumplings with Chinese Yam and Tremella (Picture 1):

●Medicinal ingredients: Chinese yam, white fungus, tuckahoe, wolfberry, longan meat, dumpling skin, salt.

●Steps:

1. Wash the medicinal ingredients separately, peel and dice the yam, cut the white fungus into pieces, peel the Poria into small pieces, and peel the longan to take out the pulp.

2. Put the yam, white fungus, Poria, wolfberry, and longan meat that have been processed in step 1 into the inner pot of the electric cooker, add a little salt to taste, a cup of water in the outer pot, and then press the switch to cook until the switch jumps up and the temperature is slightly cool , you can use it.

3. Put the filling of the medicinal ingredients in step 2 into the dumpling skin and wrap it well.

4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan. When the oil is heated to an appropriate temperature, turn to medium-low heat, lightly add the dumplings, fry all 3 sides and color them, and then remove from the pan. Wait for a little cooling before eating.

●Effect:

"Yam" is sweet and flat, nourishing and strong.

"Treasure fungus" is flat and sweet in nature, can nourish the stomach and invigorate body fluid, nourish qi and moisten the lungs.

"Lycium barbarum" is sweet and flat in nature, can clear the liver, improve eyesight, nourish qi and moisten the lungs.

"Poria" is sweet and warm in nature, can produce body fluid, quench thirst, and dispel dampness and heat.

"Longan meat" is sweet and warm in nature, appetizing food, nourishing the heart and nourishing blood.

●Small reminder: This dish can also be made into dessert by changing the seasoning into honey or rock sugar; Tremella has the effect of moisturizing the intestines. If the bowel movement is hard, the amount of Tremella can be slightly more.

◎Lily Ophiopogon and Grapefruit Chicken (Picture 2):

●Medicinal ingredients: lily, Ophiopogon japonicus, lotus seeds, jujube, grapefruit, chicken, ginger, green onion, soy sauce.

●Steps:

1. Wash the medicinal ingredients first, take the grapefruit pulp, slice the ginger, and cut the onion into sections for use.

2. Blanch the chicken, drain, and sauté the chicken in a dry pan over low heat until fragrant. Set aside.

3. Add lily, Ophiopogon japonicus, lotus seeds, and jujube with appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, then add chicken from step 2, grapefruit pulp, ginger and Onion, then turn on high heat and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.

●Effect:

"Lily" is sweet and flat in nature, can moisten the lungs and calm the heart, and relieve fever.

"Ophiopogon japonicus" is sweet and slightly bitter and cold in nature, can clear the heart and moisten the lungs, clear away heat and relieve vexation, and promote water and fluid.

"Lotus seeds" are sweet and flat in nature and can strengthen the stomach.

"Jujube" is sweet and warm in nature, can invigorate the spleen and replenish qi, and relieve fatigue.

"Grapefruit Meat" is sweet, sour and slightly cold in nature, it produces body fluid, quenches thirst, and moistens the lungs.

"Ginger" is pungent and warm in nature and can dispel dampness and warm the stomach.

●Small reminder: It is recommended to remove the chicken skin when cooking at home (it can reduce the greasy feeling); the jujube is cracked (the ingredients are easier to release); you can also cook directly with the electric cooker, put all the medicinal ingredients into the inner pot, add water and seasonings, and the outer Put 1.5 cups of water in the pot and cook it; for those with hot constitution, ginger and green onions can be reduced according to consideration.
