According to a former press secretary to King Charles, His Majesty likes brunch.

Royal chef Darren McGrady previously revealed that Charles likes to eat plums for breakfast.

Two pieces.

Of which he eats only one.

The king also drinks Darjeeling tea, which promotes heart health and lowers blood pressure, and drinks a glass of fruit juice, the Mirror reports.

Charles believes that both of these drinks have a beneficial effect on his health and will help him live longer and avoid diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular problems.

The king's genetics are excellent, his father, Prince Philip, died at the age of 99, and his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, died at the age of 97.

So, the king has every chance to rule for at least another 15-20 years.
