New Delhi:

The politics of Rajasthan is once again passing through a transition period after two years.

In the year 2020, the way the then Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot had created problems in front of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, today Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has created difficulties in the way of Sachin Pilot becoming the Chief Minister.

Actually, Ashok Gehlot is going to contest the election of Congress President.

He may be crowned in this position, as he has also been the choice of Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi.

In such a situation, under the principle of 'one person, one post', Gehlot may have to leave the chief minister's post.

Therefore, Gehlot, who is called the magician of politics, already started laying the pieces.

First of all, Gehlot surprised everyone last week in a midnight meeting with his supporting MLAs and tried to prove in it that he would have both the power of Rajasthan and the central organization of the party and there would be no problem in future.

Frightened by this, Sachin Pilot immediately attended the Delhi Durbar.

On the other hand, Gehlot also met Sonia Gandhi and then Rahul Gandhi for this purpose, but when he got the advice of one person, one post at both the doors, he started playing with the supporting MLAs.

On Sunday (September 25), when party observers Malikarjun Kharge and Ajay Maken wanted to hold a meeting of the Rajasthan Congress Legislature Party on the instructions of party president Sonia Gandhi, about 90 MLAs supporting Gehlot did not reach there and pressure politics after holding a meeting at a minister's house. Under this, the Speaker reached the house of CP Joshi and handed over his resignation letter to him.

With their hands, they also put three conditions.

Rar of Rajasthan, government in crisis: MLAs adamant on not making Sachin Pilot CM, now Rajasthan crisis will be resolved in Delhi

The pro-Gehlot MLAs have put a condition that in 2020, Sachin Pilot, who rebelled against the party, should not be made the Chief Minister.

Second, until the results of the Congress President's election are declared, that is, the Congress Legislature Party meeting should not be held till October 19, and third, Ashok Gehlot should be given the option to continue as the Chief Minister.

With these conditions, the supporting MLAs have refused to meet the party observers.

Sources are telling that the party leadership is angry with this act.

In fact, the party high command wants the transfer of power in Rajasthan in a peaceful, balanced and restrained manner even before the election for the post of Congress President, because if it does not happen now, then after Gehlot becomes the President, interests will be lost in the process. There can be a confrontation and then there can be a split in the party.

There is also the possibility of a repeat of 2020.

Since the assembly elections are due in Rajasthan next year, the party leadership wants to deal with the possibility of any break in the Rajasthan Congress in time and the formula of power created after the 2018 elections (under which Gehlot and Pilot will be on the top post in time). The term had to be divided) but Gehlot does not want to make his rival his successor at any cost.

'This is indiscipline...' Congress observers furious at Team Gehlot's moves to create pressure

While Gehlot has been Sonia Gandhi's choice, Sachin Pilot is Rahul and Priyanka's choice.

In 2020 too, Sachin Pilot withdrew his rebellion only after the intervention of Rahul-Priyanka.

It is worth noting here that Sachin Pilot's father Rajesh Pilot also rebelled against the party but every time he returned.

In such a situation, questions are also being raised whether Sachin Pilot's flight 'magician' Gehlot will stop or will Jat leaders prove 'Sachin' on the political pitch.

However, both the party observers (Kharge and Maken) traveled back to Delhi but Rahul Gandhi, who is on a padyatra in Kerala as part of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, has sent his envoy and party general secretary KC Venugopal to Delhi.

It is believed that Venugopal will hold a meeting with Sonia Gandhi with the message of Rahul and sooner or later this crisis will be resolved.
