The Azerbaijan Maritime College under the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy will be reorganized by transforming into the Azerbaijan Maritime College under the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy, which has the status of a public legal entity under the "Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping" Closed Joint Stock Company.

The Charter of the public legal entity "Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy" will be approved.

The powers of the founder of the Azerbaijan Maritime College under the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy, which has the status of a public legal entity under the "Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping" Closed Joint Stock Company, should be entrusted to the following:

To the Cabinet of Ministers:

-reorganization and liquidation of a public legal entity;

To the Ministry of Science and Education:

- approval of the charter of a public legal entity and determination of the amount of the charter fund, their change.

To Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping" Closed Joint Stock Company:

- With the exception of the above, solving other issues assigned to the powers of the founder of a public legal entity by the law "On Public Legal Entities".

Until the day when the public legal entities created by this Decision are state registered in accordance with the law "On State Registration and State Register of Legal Entities",

The Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy and the Azerbaijan Maritime College under the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy will continue their activities.

"Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping" Closed Joint Stock Company must resolve the issues arising from this Decision.
