At the event in New York, Queen Letizia appeared in an ensemble by Ralph Lauren, which consisted of a pleated midi skirt and a cream-colored blouse.

Queen Letizia is the honorary president of the Spanish Cancer Association.
At the event, she addressed the audience to discuss the fight against cancer ahead of World Cancer Day, which falls on Saturday 24 September.
