Yulia was later released, and Dmitriy was left behind bars until the trial.

19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), and Julia was fined 960 rubles (30 base units) allegedly for reposting from "extremist" channels.

In September 2020, Semchenko was arrested for 15 days.

Then he was detained at home by "masked people".

Semchenko left the ANT TV channel after the violent crackdown on protests in August 2020.

In September of that year, he served 15 days of arrest for participating in the August 16 march.
