"Nice Academy", the largest conference in the world in the field of career guidance, is coming to Kosovo, hosted by Universum College.

"NICE Academy" 2022 will be held in Pristina organized by Universum College and supported by Enhancing Youth Employment - EYE Project and Swiss Confederation-SDC

The NICE Academy is held every year in different European countries where specialists in the field exchange their professional practices.

This Academy was established in 2017 with the aim of promoting various academic based training in career guidance and counselling.

This year, the "NICE Academy" will be held in Kosovo, where for the first time it brings the biggest event in the career field.

"The main focus will be on how human behavior and deep competencies such as empathy and others influence and contribute to professional and career development and support," the announcement states.
