YouTuber Shivam Diwakar spoke to a UPSC aspirant named Harendra Pandey.

Harendra told that his girlfriend became an officer.

Harendra Pandey, a resident of Gopalganj, Bihar, talked about his love life, life's ups and downs, failure in the video.

He said, his heart was also beating for someone, but he cannot reveal his name.

Harendra said, she has succeeded and has become an officer.

Harendra told that it has been 11 years, he has given UPSC exam 5 times.

4 times his performance was good.

In 2011, he came to Delhi with the intention of preparing.
